The function room at the club is available for hire for private parties. Use of the room is subject to the terms and conditions laid out below and if you would like to make a booking request please use the link at the bottom of this page or contact the club via any of the methods detailed on the contact page.

  1. You will be held responsible for any damage caused by you, your guests or agents

  2. Any fund raising raffles etc. must only be held within the function room.

  3. All drinks must be purchased from the club. Please contact the management if you require special arrangements.

  4. A non returnable deposit of £25 is required on acceptance of the booking.

  5. Balance of £20 is due 10 days before function (non payment may result in the cancellation of the booking).

Bar Extension

An extension after11:00pm will necessitate an application to the licensing magistrates court which costs and additional £15. Extensions are usually only granted for very special occasions such as weddings or 21st birthday parties but are solely at the discretion of the magistrates
